Bloom support

A little help with Bloom.

Find help with your account, Bloom Pro, and everyday plant care. Bloom is available for iPhone with iOS 18.3 or later.

Manage or cancel Bloom Pro

Apple manages subscriptions purchased in Bloom. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Bloom to view your plan or cancel it.

To avoid a trial renewing, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Removing the app or deleting your Bloom account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Check the status and renewal date in your Apple subscription settings.

Apple's subscription cancellation guide

For billing or refund requests, visit Apple's purchase support.

Restore a Bloom Pro purchase

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Open Bloom, go to the You tab, and tap Restore Purchases in the Subscription section. Bloom will check for an active subscription.

If Apple shows an active Bloom subscription and Pro is still unavailable, contact us with the message shown in Bloom. You can also follow Apple's purchase restoration steps.

Adjust watering reminders

In Bloom's You tab, find Reminders. Use Care reminders to turn them on or off, and open Watering schedule to choose Morning, Midday, or Evening.

If reminders are missing, also check that notifications are allowed for Bloom in your iPhone settings. Bloom's Today view shows due and upcoming watering. Mark your plant watered after you water it to update its schedule.

Schedules are a guide. Check your plant and its soil before watering; conditions in your home can change how quickly it dries out.

Get a clearer plant result

Identification and Plant Health need an internet connection. Try a well-lit, focused photo with a clear view of the plant. If a result is uncertain, try another angle. If you already know the name, you can search for it in Bloom.

For Plant Health, add details about changes you have noticed, such as yellow leaves or drooping. Bloom offers possible explanations and care guidance; photo results can be wrong.

Free identification has a daily allowance. Bloom Pro includes a higher shared allowance for identification and health scans. If you reach a limit, follow the message in the app and try again later. Plant Health requires Bloom Pro.

Delete your Bloom account

Open Bloom's You tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account…. Follow the confirmation steps, including entering your password and typing DELETE.

Account deletion is permanent. If you have Bloom Pro, cancel it separately through your Apple subscription settings to stop future renewals. See our Privacy Policy for how deletion and retention work.

If you cannot access your account, or want to request a copy of your data, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before handling an account or data request.
